SCYTS-002: 14-DAY MOUNT WAWUSHAN, FENGTONGZHAI AREAS

Wawushan is the largest National Primival Forest Park in China.It's about 210 km away from Chengdu.It's elevation is 2830m above sea leval.According to the investigations,there are more than 3500 species of plants and about 300 species of birds in Wawushan areas.Feng Tong Zhai Nature Reserve is located Bao Xin County,about 250km away from Mount Wawushan.  It's elevation changes from about 1000m to more than 4800m above sea leval.There are more than 300 species of birds in Feng Tong Zhai areas include Chinese Monal and many other species of pheasants and tragopans.(Here please note that if foreigners want to watch birds there,we need arrange permits from the Ministry of Forest of the CentralGovernment in Beijing. So please contact me better three months before your
arriving here.)

Day 2:(Vehicle)Chengdu/Wawushan              Overnight at Wawushan Hotel
Day 3:Birding the lower areas of the mountain
                                             Overnight at Wawushan Hotel
Day 4:Drive to Gufu Terrace,take a cable-car to Zhenjue Monastery,
birding in Zhen Jue Monastery areas.   Overnight at Wawushan Hotel
Day 5:Drive to Gufu Terrace,take a cable-car to Zhenjue Monastery,
birding in Zhen Jue Monastery areas.         Overnight at Wawushan Hotel
Day 6:Birding Zhen Jue Monastery areas.      Overnight at Wawushan Hotel
Day 7:Walk to Guang Xiang Monastery,birding all the way.

Day 8:Birding Guang Xiang Monastery areas,walk to Daiguochao,take a bus to Jin Hua Qiao                             Overnight at Wuwushan Hotel
